Aufruf zur zweiten Protestaktion gegen das Denkmal für einen Rassisten, Entführer, Versklaver und Mörder von Schwarzen Menschen
Liebe Schwestern und Brüder,
wie die meisten von Euch der Pressemeldungen entnommen haben, hat die Black Community in Deutschland am 25. September die erste Protestaktion mit über 60 Schwarzen Menschen erfolgreich durchgeführt. Ein konkretes Ergebnis ist, dass Mitglieder der Black Community Hamburg, an dem öffentlichen Ausschuss des Bezirksamt Wandsbek am 27. September teilnahmen, um unsere Forderung nach sofortigem Abriss dieses rassistischen Denkmals zu bekräftigen. Die betroffenen Abgeordneten im Ausschuss gerieten durch die Präsenz und Forderungen unserer Brüder und Schwestern unter Druck, so dass die Entscheidung über den Abriss des Denkmals bei der nächsten (12.10.2006) Bezirksversammlung stattfindet. Auch dieses Mal werden wir teilnehmen. Aber, um den Abriss des rassistischen Denkmals zu erreichen, müssen wir zahlreich dabei sein. Daher rufen wir euch noch einmal zur Protestaktion auf:

Zur Erinnerung: 12. Oktober ist auch der 10. Todestag von Schwester May AYIM, Vorreiterin und Heldin der Schwarzen Bewegung in Deutschland. Ihr, unseren Vorfahren und unsere MärtyrerInnen, die auf dem Kontinent und in der Diaspora verschleppt, versklavt, vergewaltigt und massakriert wurden, werden wir diese Demo und Protestaktion widmen.
Wir fordern den sofortigen Abriss dieses rassistischen Denkmals!
Wir fordern eine offizielle, öffentliche Entschuldigung des Bezirksamts Wandsbek und der Hansestadt Hamburg bei der Black Community!
Wir fordern den Rücktritt des Bezirksamtsleiters Herrn Gerhard Fuchs und der Kultursenatorin Frau Karin von Welck!
Wir fordern die deutsche Wirtschaft, Kirchen, und Landes- und Bundesregierungen auf, sich für ihre kolonialen, Nazi- und neokolonialen Verbrechen an Schwarze Menschen offiziell bei der Black Community in Deutschland zu entschuldigen sowie Reparationen und Wiedergutmachungen
an Afrika und die Schwarze Diaspora zu zahlen!

2nd Act of Protest against the Monument in honor of
a Racist, Abductor, Enslaver and Mass Murderer of Blacks
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As many of you have certainly heard from the press, the September 25 first act of protest by the Black Community in Germany against the racist statue was a great success, with over 60 Black demonstrators participating. A concrete outcome of this action is that representatives of the Black Community in Hamburg were invited to participate in the September 27 session of the Public Affairs Committee of the local parliament in Wandsbek. The parliamentarians in charge were put under heavy pressure by the bold presence and assertive speeches of our representatives who uncompromisingly reiterated our demands for the immediate demolition of this racist statue and rejected any bargaining on this demand. As a result, the decision over the demolition of the statue was set in the agenda of the October 12 assembly of the local parliament. This time we are also allowed to participate. However, in order to achieve the demolition of this racist monument, we must show up massively. Thus, we call on you to come again numerously at the second demonstration.

2ème Action de Protestation contre le Monument érigé en l’honneur d’un Raciste, Kidnappeur, Esclavagiste, et Génocidaire de Noir/es
Chères Sœurs et Chers Frères,
Comme la plupart d’entre vous l’ont appris à travers les journaux, la 1è action de protestation de la Communauté Noire en Allemagne qui a réuni plus de 60 manifestant/es Noir/es le 25 Septembre dernier a été un succès total. Comme résultat concret, des Membres de la Communauté Noire de Hambourg ont été invité/es à prendre part à la réunion de la Commission des Affaires Publiques du parlement local le 27 Septembre dernier, où ils/elles ont encore réitéré avec force notre exigence de démolition immédiate de ce monument raciste. Les députés concernés se sont sentis mis sous forte pression par la présence imposante et les arguments convaincants de nos représentant/es, et notre refus de tout marchandage sur cette question, au point que la décision sur la démolition de la statue raciste sera prise lors de la prochaine assemblée du parlement local le 12 Octobre. Cette fois aussi, nous sommes autorisé/es à y participer. Mais pour obtenir la démolition de ce monument raciste, nous devons être nombreux/ses. C’est pourquoi nous vous invitons encore une fois à venir nombreux/ses à cette nouvelle manifestation:

C’est à elle, à nos Ancêtres et Martyr/es qui ont été déporté/es, réduit/es en esclavage, violées et massacré/es sur le Continent et dans la Diaspora que nous dédierons cette manifestation et cette action de protestation.

Chamada para a segunda ação de protesto contra a Estátua para um sequestrador, escravizador e assassino de pessoas negras
Queridas irmãs e irmãos ,
Como a maioria de voces já tomou conhecimento, a Comunidade Negra da Alemanha Community in Deutschland realizou com sucesso no dia 23 de setembro a primeira ação de protesto contra a estátua do escravizador Schimmellmann, com a presença de mais de 60 manifestantes. Um resultado concreto desta ação foi que membros da Comunidadde Negra puderam tomar parte na sessão pública de 27.09 do Conselho de Wandsbek, onde pode reiterar nossa exigência da imediata demolição deste memorial racista. Os parlamentares presentes na Câmara sentindo-se pressionados pelas presença e exigências de nossas irmãs e irmãos, que marcaram para o próximo 12 de outubro a próxima sessão para decidirem sobre a demolição do memorial. Nesta sessão também estaremos representados. Para conseguirmos, entretanto a demolição de monumento racista precisamos da presença numerosa de companheiras e companheiros. Porisso conclamos para uma segunda ação de protesto:
